We ship via UPS
and they calculate shipping cost on the size of your package as well as the weight.

We don not believe it is fair to our customers to figure shipping by weight only. Therefore we calculate shipping on each order manually. To make every effort to save you money.

Shipping usually runs 15% or less.

PLEASE NOTE AT TIME OF CHECK OUT YOU ARE NOT CHARGED FOR SHIPPING.

We will add the cost to your order after we know the exact cost, you can always email us for a shipping quote, if you so desire to do so.

In the event your item arrives damaged, please keep all packing material and put item back in box exactly as you received it.

You must contact us within 24 hours by email or phone and we will take it from there.

RETURN POLICY

In the event you wish to make a return you may do so in seven days after arrival of your purchase

• Contact us by phone or email and request a retun athorization number (RAN)
• You must return items in original packaging
• Be careful they way you pack the items for return you are responsible to get the item back to us not damaged
